What if I need custom build options not listed on your website?

Do you offer multi-container builds?

Yes, however, multi-container builds can be more expensive and require different permits than traditional homes. Costs are reduced if the containers are not connected directly, avoiding on-site welding costs.

What are your bathroom size options?

Three options are offered:

Full Bath: Sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet.

Three-Quarter Bath: Sink, shower, and toilet.

Half Bath: Sink and toilet.

Types of Shipping Containers

The options include new (one-trip) and used shipping containers. Used containers are inspected and certified as "cargo-worthy (CWO)". This means they meet standards for structural integrity and are suitable for overseas shipment or storage. A CWO container has:

Functional cargo doors with strong seals.

No leaks or holes.

Strong and functional floors.

Are containers new or used?

We only work with brand new container. We do not compromise our quality like other companies with use containers. Used containers show their age: Expect used containers to exhibit signs of their journey, including dents, dings, and surface rust. Are the containers insulated?

Standard insulation for container homes includes:

Walls: R13 – 2″ closed spray foam

Ceiling: R21 – 3″ closed cell spray foam

Under the container: R6 – 1″ closed cell spray foam.
