This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage for your container home, beginning from the purchase date:
I. Structural Warranty (10 Years)
The main structural components of your container home are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the purchase date. This coverage includes, but is not limited to, the walls, roof, foundation system, and support beams.
II. Systems Warranty (2 Years)
For two (2) years from the purchase date, the major systems within your container home, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, are warranted to function properly. Defects in materials or workmanship leading to system failure during this period will be addressed through repair or replacement.
III. Additional Coverage (2 Years)
Selected components and elements of your container home, such as windows, doors, flooring, and exterior finishes, are warranted against defects, deterioration, and failures occurring under normal use and maintenance for two (2) years from the purchase date.

The main structural components of your container home are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years. This coverage includes, but is not limited to, the walls, roof, foundation system, and support beams.
II. Systems Warranty (1 Years)
The major systems of your container home are warranted for one (1) year from the purchase date. This coverage includes: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). If these systems fail due to defects or workmanship issues, they will be repaired or replaced under this warranty.
III. Additional Coverage (1 Years)
Coverage is also provided for other select components and elements of your container home for one (1) year from the purchase date. This includes: windows, doors, flooring, and exterior finishes. This additional coverage protects against defects, deterioration, and failures that may occur under normal use and maintenance.
